Service Cancellation by Client

Cancellations must be made in writing and should include the client’s account details and the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation by NextCampus
NextCampus reserves the right to cancel any service if a client breaches our Terms of Service or other applicable policies.
In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only for services that have not been used and are requested within 30 days of purchase.
Services that have been fully or partially used are not eligible for a refund.

Processing Refunds
